i've been meaning to explain what my blog name means cause i do see that it could be a bit misleading if not...deranged...?
my sweet little babies, flyleaf, have a song called "cassie" about the columbine shootings. one of the dudes pointed a gun at cassie bernall and asked her if she believed in God. she said yes and he shot her. so, in a lyrical sense, cassie could've said no and lived but by saying yes, she essentially pulled the trigger herself. so the phrase "and i will pull the trigger" basically translates to say that if someone points a gun at me and asks if i believe in God, i'll say yes even if it means dying...
profound no??
that's why i love this girl.
